For example, these skills could be useful if you want to show someone how to do something on the computer or to report a bug.<\/p>\n

Besides, screenshots and screencasts are just simple pictures and videos, so you can email them and share them on the web easily.<\/p>\n

Horus Screen Capture<\/strong> allows you to take screenshots and record videos for free in one click.<\/p>\n

How to use Horus Screen Capture<\/h2>\n

  1. The first step you need to do is to download the program. Go to this link<\/a> <\/strong>and click on Download<\/strong> Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open KLSetup.exe<\/strong> and follow the instructions to install the software.<\/li>\n
  3. After doing that, click on Horus<\/strong> on your desktop to open the program.<\/li>\n
  4. Now, you will see a yellow square showing you what you’re going to capture. By holding and moving the cursor over the yellow parts, you can resize the image as you like.<\/li>\n
  5. Once you’ve decided which part of the screen you want to capture, you need to click on Capture<\/strong> in the bar on the right.<\/li>\n
  6. The program will show you your screenshot. Now click on Save As<\/strong> and choose where to save your file.<\/li>\n
  7. If you want to record your PC screen click on Record<\/strong> in the bar on the right. The program will became transparent until you click on Stop.\u00a0<\/strong>When you click on Stop, the software will save your file video on your desktop. Horus<\/strong> even allows you to pause and resume your video.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Besides, this software provides the possibility to hide a text in your screenshot through the option Blur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    To use this option, before taking a screenshot you need to click on Blur<\/strong> in the bar on the right. Horus<\/strong> will show you a rectangle that you need to put your text in.<\/p>\n

    How to share your screenshots on Skype or Slack<\/h2>\n

    Sharing your screenshots on Skype<\/strong> and Slack<\/strong> is very simple.<\/p>\n

    1. Open Horus;<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Take a screenshot and then click on Copy.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Open Skype<\/strong> and choose which chat do you want to send your screenshot to;<\/li>\n
    4. Click the right mouse button, then Paste<\/strong> your screenshot and press Enter.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
